A light red, this Yamanashi-born wine has Muscat Bailey A, the Japanese hybrid from which it is made, to thank for it's light ruby color and very light tannic structure. On the palate, the low presence of tannins and acidity is not enough to cover up it's distinctively young flavor. Red fruits, such as cherry, dominate on the palate of what is overall a wine tat is too young to boast any degree of complexity beyond that.
